Shipping
We ship our products to the 50 United States and also offer international shipping. Currently we don't ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Delivery time may vary based on item availability, shipping destination, and the timing of your order.

Important: In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, you have 30 days to report any damaged or missing items.
International shipping
We ship worldwide however shipping costs can be calculated inacurate at checkout. In order to provide best price we use third-party shipping provider but due to price waving we can recive a different price. We always contact a customer before ship internationaly and asking comfirm the order because for international orders we apply non refundable policy.
Cost of Delivery
We provide free shipping on all US based orders. We use economy, standard or expedited shipping in order to deliver your order within 7-8 working days.
Costs of internatinal shipping is calculated at checkout. If, that is very rare, price is inacurate we'll inform customer a correct shipping costs.

Refunds and Returns
Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. You can initiate refund for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Conditions of return
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items that do not meet our return criteria will be returned to the sender. All returns must be associated with a verified purchase from bozzcovers.com. We are unable to process returns for items bought through other retailers. If your product was purchased from an authorized dealer, please refer to their return policy and contact them directly for assistance.

Exchanges and cancelations
We do not accept any order cancellations or direct exchanges.
If you have placed an order and for some reason you decide to cancel it, you need to initiate a refund.
If you need a different size or color you will need to place a new order and initiate a refund on the previous order.
