Are Bozzcovers covers waterproof?

Yes. All our covers are made of waterproof durable material in order to protect your TV from any weather: sunlight, rain, dirt, sand, snow etc.

How to choose the correct TV cover size?

In order to choose the correct TV cover size please measure your TV and compare your measurements with size table on product page. Also you can refer to our detailed guide.

What TV brackets types is your TV cover compatible with?

Our covers are compatible with almost all types of TV mounts including: ceiling mount, articulating arm mount, double wall mount. You can see more information here.

Can I use the cover open-air without any canopy?

We do not recommend using the cover in such conditions. Although it is waterproof, it is not hermetic. Water can get inside due to gusts of wind.

Can you make a custom size?

No. To ensure high quality, we manufacture covers in 10 sizes for TVs from 32 to 100 inches.

When will be my order shipped ?

Can I exchange the product?

No.Direct exchange aren't allowed. If you need another color or size you should place another order and initiate refund for the first one.

Do you ship internationaly?

Yes. But for international orders we apply no refundable policy.

How can I track my order?

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Please contact us. We will try to sort out the situation as quickly as possible. Rest assured that you will receive your order.

Warranty

Do your covers come with a warrany?

Yes. We provide 1 year warranty on all our products.

What's covered by the warranty?

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that are not a result of regular, daily use. If a product is found to be defective, our team will take full responsibility to replace or refund it. To submit Warranty Claim you will need order number and photos of the product with a defect. Every claim will undergo a detailed investigation to assess any material defect or flaw in the product’s construction.

Is water resistance included under the warranty coverage?

No. While our cover fabric is waterproof, we cannot guarantee that standing water will not cause damage, also water can get inside due to gusts of wind. We recommend place your TV under a canopy.

Is mold or mildew growth covered by the warranty?

No. External conditions can lead to mold and mildew growth in any event. The best way to prevent this is by ensuring your cover fits properly — ideally 1–2 inches larger than the item to allow for air circulation.

Will my warranty remain valid if I machine wash the cover?

No. If you machine-wash your cover then the warranty will be invalidated. Only handwash allowed to clean the covers. You can aslo use detergent and spounge if needed.

Will my cover still be covered under warranty if I make modifications to it?

No. Any modifications or alterations made to the cover after delivery will void the warranty.

Our products are designed in the USA. Our production facilities are located in China. The manufacturing process is under constant control to ensure high quality. How to clean your covers?

You can clean the cover with a detergent and spounge in cold or warm water. The cover cannot be washed in a washing machine. It can cause scraches or tears.
